When you use the App’s generation feature, you may choose images from your photo library or camera. Such images are processed only on your device by our own model to produce results. We do not store your selected originals or outputs on our servers for long-term retention; after processing, related image data is not retained, except where required by law or as necessary for other features described in this Policy that you have agreed to.
2.2 Face and facial information
We do not collect face or facial information for its own sake and do not collect biometric facial templates or data used to identify a specific natural person. Your chosen images may incidentally contain faces as part of ordinary image content; such content is used only locally and temporarily for that generation session, as described above.
2.3 Device and performance data
Image generation in the App is performed by our own model on your device, locally. We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services to perform cloud-based inference or training on your images.
Except as required by law, by competent authorities, or as otherwise stated in this Policy, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or other purposes not described here. If we introduce necessary infrastructure for basic functionality (e.g., push notifications or analytics components), we will update this Policy to describe the categories and purposes.
Generation occurs on your device. We do not upload your selected images to our servers for AI generation (within the scope consistent with this section and Section 2). Transmission of statistical and crash information is limited to the purposes stated and, where feasible, uses de-identified or aggregated forms.
Where applicable law grants you rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint, you may contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notices or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
