These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) are between you and the Operator of Visnap (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”) regarding auto-renewing subscription membership offered in the App (the “Subscription”). Before purchasing, please also read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
Note: If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, your subscription relationship, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are also governed by Apple’s applicable terms and App Store rules. The following terms supplement those platform rules.
Specific benefits (e.g., coin-free generations, feature access) are as shown on the purchase screen and in the App at the time of purchase. We may optimize or adjust benefits where permitted by law and will endeavor to honor benefits already paid for within the current period.
Subscription price and billing period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) are as displayed at checkout on the App Store. Prices may change due to promotions, region, or taxes; new prices apply to new purchases or renewal periods as shown on the platform.
Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your Subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID will be charged before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time following Apple’s instructions. After cancellation, you typically retain access for the remainder of the paid period; no further charges occur after that period unless you subscribe again. Whether unused benefits carry over is as stated in the App.
Refund requests for payments processed through the App Store must follow Apple’s refund policies and procedures. We may assist you within what the law allows but cannot guarantee refund outcomes.
Activating, validating, or delivering Subscription benefits may require limited account or transaction identifiers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not collect face or facial recognition data. Image generation is described in the Privacy Policy (our own model, local processing on your device, temporary use of selected images, no retention).
We are not liable for interruptions, billing issues, or other problems caused by Apple’s systems, networks, payment channels, or force majeure beyond what applicable law requires. See our Terms of Use for further disclaimers.
We may revise these Subscription Terms. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notices or other reasonable means. If you disagree, you should stop purchasing or renewing; benefits already paid for in the current period are generally governed by the terms in effect at purchase.
