Welcome to Visnap and related services (the “Services”) provided by the Operator of Visnap (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Services, including provisions on limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important notice regarding privacy and data processing:

We do not collect face data or facial recognition data.
We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services; image generation is performed by our own model on your device, locally.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for purposes not described in these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
Images you select are used only temporarily when generating images and are not retained afterward.
We may collect statistics such as image generation duration and crash logs to optimize performance and experience, as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

The Services provide image effect generation and related features using our own model, as actually made available in the App. We may update, modify, or discontinue features where permitted by law.

2. Account and acceptable use

You represent that information you provide is accurate and lawful, and you are responsible for the security of your device and account. You must not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful activity, or upload content that is illegal, obscene, violent, or infringing.

3. Intellectual property

UI design, trademarks, software, our model, and related materials in the App are owned by us or our licensors. Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute the foregoing.

You represent that you have the rights to content you upload or generate; you are solely responsible for disputes arising from your content.

4. Subscriptions and payments (if applicable)

If the App offers membership or subscription features, the rules are governed by our Subscription Terms and in-app disclosures. Purchases through the Apple App Store or other platforms are also subject to those platforms’ payment, refund, and subscription management rules.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or other issues caused by networks, device compatibility, force majeure, or factors outside our control, except as required by applicable law.

Generated results are for entertainment or personal non-commercial reference only and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for assessing the appropriateness and legality of generated content.

6. Changes and termination

We may revise these Terms as required by law or business needs. We will notify you by reasonable means; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Services at any time; we may suspend or terminate the Services for some or all users where permitted by law.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration institution having jurisdiction under those laws.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms, form the entire agreement regarding the subject matter; if there is a conflict, the more specific terms prevail.
